We are looking for a highly organised, professional and personable Client Services & Practice Support Administrator to join a busy professional services team.
This is a varied role combining client relationship management, administration, workflow coordination and operational support. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with clients, highly organised, comfortable managing competing priorities and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
Requirements:

β’ Confident using CRM, client portals and administrative systems.
β’ A strong written and verbal communicator with good English.
β’ Able to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Management:
β’ Manage client onboarding, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are completed.
β’ Provide professional client support by phone, email and in person.
β’ Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
β’ Prepare engagement letters, agreements, proposals and other documentation.
β’ Respond to routine client queries and escalate where appropriate.
β’ Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Administration & Workflow:
β’ Provide administrative support to the senior team, including email and calendar management.
β’ Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
β’ Manage and monitor workflows through the client portal, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
β’ Create and improve workflows, systems and processes to increase efficiency.
β’ Identify opportunities to streamline and automate administrative processes.
General:
β’ Maintain professional standards and confidentiality at all times.
β’ Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
β’ Follow relevant company, health and safety procedures.
β’ Take ownership of workload and adapt to changing priorities.
