My client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Public Law Associate Solicitor to join their busy and well-established Family Department in their Bolton Office.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage your own caseload of care and public law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
β’ Undertake advocacy where appropriate.
β’ Work independently while maintaining exceptional standards of client care.
β’ Supervise and support members of the public law team.
β’ Provide training and mentoring to colleagues where required.
β’ Support the Head of Department in managing the wider public law team.
β’ Contribute to the continued growth and development of the department.
About You
β’ A minimum of 5 years' PQE in public law.
β’ Children Panel Accreditation.
β’ Significant experience managing care and public law cases.
β’ Strong advocacy skills.
β’ Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Good IT skills and experience using case management systems.
β’ Previous experience supervising or managing a team.
β’ A professional, approachable and client-focused attitude.
β’ Access to a car for business travel.
