About the Role

Revenue Operations Support sits at the heart of the Sales & Marketing division, keeping commercial tools, data and processes running smoothly so the sales and marketing teams can focus on winning and growing client relationships.

Working closely with Marketing, Client Onboarding, Sales and Relationship Managers.

This role owns the day-to-day health of the CRM (Hub Spot) and related commercial platforms, drives process and tooling improvements, and provides the pipeline reporting and analysis that underpins sales forecasting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Tools & Vendor Management

  • Draft Statements of Work for agreed improvements to commercial tools and systems.
  • Data Quality & Lead Management
  • Run regular quality checks on Contacts, Companies, Deals and Pipelines to maintain data integrity and hygiene in CRM.
  • Optimise the incoming lead-handling process, including reviewing and cleansing lead data, identifying and recording lead sources, and ensuring leads are correctly assigned to the right team members.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective lead management and smooth cross-functional collaboration across the sales process.
  • Reporting & Commercial Insight
  • Monitor sales pipelines, analysing leads, pipeline performance and key sales metrics.
  • Maintain revenue dashboards and develop reports to support sales forecasting, decision-making and ROI analysis of marketing activity.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring maximum utilisation of the CRM system and producing reports as requested.
  • Content & Process Support
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, pricing documents, division playbooks and other commercial documents, in collaboration with Marketing, Client Onboarding and Sales.
  • Coordinate updates to client terms and conditions, website content and key product messaging related to new product launches.
  • Analyse internal processes and tools, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and propose continuous improvements to optimise commercial operations.
  • Contribute to the development and review of departmental and cross-departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Desired Experience
  • Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement or a similar commercially focused role, ideally within fintech, payments, financial services, Saa S or another B2B environment

  • Supporting or managing lead management processes, including lead capture, source attribution, qualification, routing and handover between Marketing and Sales.
  • Producing and maintaining sales reporting, dashboards, pipeline analysis and revenue forecasts to support commercial decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining commercial documentation such as sales collateral, pricing tools, proposal templates, playbooks and process documentation.
  • Coordinating cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing and other business functions.
  • CRM, Data & Systems Capability
  • Working knowledge of CRM architecture and sales pipeline management, including lifecycle stages, lead status, deal stages and associated reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Hub Spot would be highly desirable, particularly Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
