Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an exceptionally bright, motivated, and ambitious graduate who is eager to learn, comfortable working with people from different cultures, and excited by the world of payments and financial technology. You don’t need years of experience — attitude, intelligence, and potential matter most.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Partnership manager and border Sales team
- Analyse partner performance and identify opportunities for upsell and reactivation
- Promote Clear Junction's services through targeted partner outreach and campaigns
- Manage partner commissions, payments, and referral tracking
- Actively seek new referrals from existing partners
Required Skills & Experience
- Excel / Google Sheets: Advanced to expert level (must-have)
- Finance & Data: Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis
- Legal Awareness: Basic understanding of contracts and NDAs
- Languages: At least one additional language at a professional level
- Excellent Communicator: Clear, confident, and a strong listener
- High EQ: Comfortable working with people and managing relationships
- Fast Learner: Picks up new systems, tools, and concepts quickly
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, internal systems, and external tools
- Flexible & Adaptable: Happy to attend events and support where needed, sometimes last minute
