A fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced Wills Drafting wills and advising on estate planning. Administering estates and handling probate matters from instruction to completion. Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney. Managing Court of Protection applications and related matters. Drafting and advising on Deeds of Variation. Maintaining and developing strong client relationships through excellent client care.

About You:

  • Solicitor, CILEX or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience across wills, probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, and Deeds of Variation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of private client law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player.
