Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their highly regarded Residential Property team in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning firm with an outstanding reputation for client service and expertise within the residential property sector. The successful candidate will be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 years post-qualification experience and a proven ability to manage transactions independently from instruction through to completion.

The Role

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third-party solicitors
  • Title investigation and reporting
  • Raising and responding to enquiries
  • Managing exchanges and completions
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements
