Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their highly regarded Residential Property team in Leatherhead, Surrey. The successful candidate will be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 years post-qualification experience and a proven ability to manage transactions independently from instruction through to completion.

- Transfers of equity
- Residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion
