An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Tax Consultant to join my client's team in their Newcastle offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and reviewing corporate tax compliance work.
- Providing corporate tax advisory services to a diverse client portfolio.
- Advising on restructures, reorganisations, and corporate transactions.
- Supporting owner-managed businesses, group structures, and succession planning projects.
- Advising on tax-efficient profit extraction strategies.
- Identifying advisory opportunities within an existing client base.
- Managing projects effectively to ensure delivery within agreed timescales.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Contributing to business development and growth initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- CTA and/or ACA / ACCA qualified.
- Strong experience in both corporate tax compliance and advisory work.
- Experience working with owner-managed businesses and corporate groups.
- Knowledge of corporate restructures, reorganisations, and transactions.
- Understanding of tax-efficient profit extraction and succession planning.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Commercial awareness and a practical approach to delivering advice.
