An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my clients highly regarded property team in their Doncaster offices on a hybrid basis. You will handle a broad range of residential property transactions and gradually build up to managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
- Managing a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
- Handle complex transactions: leasehold, re-mortgage, help to buy, new builds, shared ownership, company purchases, and auctions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior fee earners.
- Conduct regular file reviews to ensure compliance and quality.
