An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join my clients highly successful personal injury team in their Warrington offices. The successful candidate will be able to work within a fast paced, demanding and changeable environment. This is a full time position offering a competitive salary and great benefits within an established firm. You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners. The role also includes front-of-house responsibilities and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling incoming calls.
- Providing a high standard of customer service to clients and visitors.
- Audio typing and preparation of legal documents.
- Providing general administrative support to fee earners.
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Maintaining efficient office organisation.
Experience required:
- At least 2 years spent working as a legal secretary (Personal Injury experience is desirable).
- Strong audio typing skills (essential).
- Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A professional and friendly manner.
- Experience using the LEAP case management system would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £24,000–£26,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Company pension scheme
- Christmas closure with no salary deduction or holiday usage
