An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join my clients highly regarded team in their Worthing or Chichester offices on a hybrid basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional to contribute to a well-established and highly regarded department, assisting clients with all aspects of property transactions. As part of the Residential Property team, you will manage a varied caseload, handling matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity. You will also play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring smooth transactions with a proactive and solution-driven approach. Requirements: The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Residential Property law, with a strong track record of handling transactions efficiently and providing clear, strategic advice to clients. • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. • Provide outstanding client service, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. • Be confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision. • Have experience liaising with lenders, estate agents, and other third parties. • Be committed to developing the department and contributing to its continued success. • Is highly organised and able to manage competing deadlines effectively. • Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues. • Adapts quickly to IT systems and online application processes. • Has a proactive and commercial approach to business development. • Possesses strong networking and marketing skills, with established industry contacts.
