Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join my clients team in their Sunderland offices on a Hybrid basis.\\n\\nThis role would be suited to a Solicitor or Legal Executive who has experience in and can undertake residential property work and specifically Buy to Let property purchases and Auction work.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will be a motivated, hardworking individual who has a real ambition to succeed, and who has a willingness to develop and expand our existing business in this area.\\n\\nThere may be opportunity to also gain knowledge and experience of commercial property work in the future.\\n\\nSkills & Experience:\\n\\n• Sound relevant experience required, gained within a respected Property team\\n• It is likely that the successful candidate will be as a minimum a newly qualified solicitor / CILEX, with experience of property work as described above.
