My client is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing team in Datchet, Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly regarded team that prides itself on quality work, client service and staff progression. The Role You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, managing files from initial instruction through to post-completion. The firm has a strong local reputation and continues to see steady growth in instructions, creating a positive and busy working environment. The successful candidate will benefit from exceptional administrative support, including dedicated teams for sales, post-exchange and completions. This means you can focus your time on the technical and client-facing aspects of your caseload rather than administrative tasks. Your work will cover a wide variety of residential property transactions, including: • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties • Re-mortgages • Transfers of equity • Plot purchases and new build transactions About You We are seeking a confident and professional Conveyancer or Solicitor who can work independently yet enjoys being part of a close-knit, supportive team. You should be commercially minded and able to manage client relationships effectively.
