An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join my clients team in their Brighton offices on a hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of my clients Dispute Resolution team and work with a high‑quality national client base.

The Role

  • You will manage your own caseload and work closely with the partners within the team and with assistance from paralegals.
  • The work will include managing intermediate and multi track claims.
  • Running a varied and interesting general property litigation caseload.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years PQE
  • Proven experience with a busy caseload
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage a busy diary and work methodically
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Confidence in liaising professionally with clients.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Legal Case Management systems
