An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join my clients highly regarded team in their Worthing offices on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in all areas of private client law. This is an exciting chance to become part of a close-knit and well-established team with a strong reputation in the local area. Their firm is built on a foundation of professionalism, collaboration, and excellence—ensuring both commercial success and a supportive, friendly workplace. Requirements: The successful candidate will have expertise in Estate Administration, Trusts, and Wills, with experience advising clients on LPAs and later-life planning. • Sensitivity and compassion when advising clients at vulnerable stages of their lives. • Strong ability to manage client and family expectations with professionalism. • Confidence in handling complex estates and trusts with precision and care. • Passion for sharing knowledge and supporting the development of colleagues. • Excels at prioritising workloads and remains resilient under pressure. • Maintains a client-first approach and values relationship-building. • Is highly motivated, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines. • Adapts quickly to IT systems and online application processes. • Possesses excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset for team growth. • Has a network of contacts/referrers and is an effective marketer and relationship builder.
