My client is searching for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join their offices in Middlesbrough. My client is a very well-established, CQS-accredited, Northeast-based law firm with three offices. They have been in business for over 100 years and are recruiting additional staff to meet the demands of their expanding business.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will be an experienced Conveyancer.
  • It would be ideal for candidates to have both Residential and Commercial Experience.
  • Applicants must have a varied knowledge of freehold, leasehold and right to buy matters from initial instruction through to post-completion.
  • The work will involve purchases; you will need to be able to run a purchase file from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • You will need to be able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • You need to be precise in your work and have exceptional client care skills.

Duties:

  • You will be required to attend clients, to give quotes, take instructions and provide updates, showing an ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritising your workload and progressing matters accordingly.
  • You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills with a range of people from all backgrounds and work as a team member.
