An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Medical/Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join my clients team on a Hybrid basis in their Manchester offices About the Role • My client is looking to recruit a paralegal with at least 1 year of experience to provide assistance in their Medical Negligence Department. This is a busy and challenging role which offers a great opportunity for rewarding client work. • They are keen to hear from experienced paralegals, with a background in a Medical Negligence role. The successful candidate will be commercially minded with strong communication skills, who thrive in a friendly team environment. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile cases and to make a difference in someone’s life! Essential Skills • Have a Law Degree and/or at least 1 year of experience in a paralegal/legal assistance role focusing on Clinical or Medical Negligence. • Be committed to delivering excellent client care/ service. • Be able to work sympathetically and effectively with a wide range of clients with differing needs. • Have excellent organisational skills and time management skills. • Be able to work calmly and effectively under pressure. • Have the ability to use your initiative, work independently, input ideas and help develop the company. • Have the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike. • Be keen to learn, interested in driving your own career progression and be proactive in taking ownership of this.
