An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join my clients team in their Manchester offices on a hybrid basis. My clients commercial property team are recognised as one of the most experienced, agile and knowledgeable teams in the North West, advising on complex, high-value transactions and providing our clients with comprehensive, collaborative and innovative support and expertise.

The team advise on all aspects of commercial property law, including:

  • acquisitions and disposals (investment and owner occupation);
  • landlord and tenant and estate/asset management;
  • commercial and residential development;
  • planning and infrastructure;
  • finance, distressed market and debt restructuring;
  • construction;
  • holding and funding structures;
  • property tax;
  • property litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a full caseload of matters
  • Supervising junior team members
  • Supporting the wider team and business objectives.
  • Solid understanding of commercial property and experience across a wide range of matters.

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of PQE.
  • Have a proven track record in client care at a level appropriate to your experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Interest in developing inter team / firm and client relationships.
