An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join my clients team in their Manchester offices on a hybrid basis. My clients specialist property litigators regularly advise national and international clients on the full range of property disputes, including:
- Matters relating to commercial property and mixed-use schemes
- Landlord and tenant issues, including rent arrears, break notices forfeiture and lease renewals
- Service charge disputes
- Dilapidations claims
- Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Insolvencies
- Breaches of contract
- Professional negligence
- Possession of land claims
- Trespass and unlawful occupation
- Party wall disputes
- Overage and coverage disputes
- Repossessions
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of matters
- Supervising junior team members
- Supporting the wider team and business objectives.
- Solid understanding of property law and experience across a wide range of matters.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years of PQE.
- Have a proven track record in client care at a level appropriate to your experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Interest in developing inter team / firm and client relationships.
