An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join my client's team in their Manchester offices on a hybrid basis. My client provides trusted legal and commercial advice to businesses, their owners and high-net worth individuals promoting the growth and success of the North West.
My client's construction law expertise covers:
- Procurement and Tender Advice
- Pre-Construction Services and Early Works Agreements
- Building and Engineering Contracts (bespoke and standard forms including JCT, NEC, FIDIC and IChemE)
- Consultants Appointments
- Collateral Warranties and Third Party Rights
- Bonds and Guarantees
- Contractual advice services (including regarding payment, time for completion, defects, variations, termination)
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of matters
- Supervising junior team members
- Supporting the wider team and business objectives
- Solid understanding of construction law and experience across a wide range of matters
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of PQE in construction law
- Proven track record in client care at a level appropriate to your experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction matters
