An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join my clients team in their Manchester offices on a hybrid basis. My clients commercial property team are recognised as one of the most experienced, agile and knowledgeable teams in the North West, advising on complex, high-value transactions and providing our clients with comprehensive, collaborative and innovative support and expertise. The team advise on all aspects of commercial property law, including:
- acquisitions and disposals (investment and owner occupation);
- landlord and tenant and estate/asset management;
- commercial and residential development;
- planning and infrastructure;
- finance, distressed market and debt restructuring;
- construction;
- holding and funding structures;
- property tax;
- property litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of matters
- Supervising junior team members
- Supporting the wider team and business objectives.
- Solid understanding of commercial property and experience across a wide range of matters.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of PQE.
- Have a proven track record in client care at a level appropriate to your experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Interest in developing inter team / firm and client relationships.
