An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal to join its busy Private Client department in Bedford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious team handling a broad range of private client matters, with genuine long-term career progression available.
The Role
You will manage an existing caseload covering:
- Wills
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Inheritance Tax Planning
You will be encouraged to develop client relationships, generate new business opportunities and work closely with colleagues across the wider firm. There will also be opportunities to support and mentor junior members of the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience handling private client matters
- Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Experience dealing with Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration
- STEP qualification or willingness to work towards accreditation advantageous but not essential
- Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals will all be considered
