Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established team in Loughborough, Leicestershire. This is a strong opportunity to join a well-regarded and growing practice with a steady flow of high-quality commercial property work. Key Responsibilities:
- Act on a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
- Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals, and property management matters
- Draft and negotiate leases, licences, contracts, and associated documentation
- Manage transactions from instruction through to completion
- Liaise with clients, landlords, tenants, lenders, and third parties
- Provide clear, practical legal advice tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Manage files efficiently using the firm’s case management systems
- Ensure matters are progressed in a timely and organised manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider property team
- Support networking and business development initiatives where appropriate
- Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the property department
Requirements / Skills / Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with 0–5 years PQE
- Experience in property law (residential or commercial)
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work to deadlines
