An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Personal Tax Consultant to join my clients team in their Newcastle offices.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal tax compliance and advisory services to a varied client portfolio.
Advising on trusts, estates, and inheritance tax planning matters.
Supporting clients with succession and estate planning strategies.
Advising owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.
Providing guidance on capital gains tax and personal tax planning opportunities.
Identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering practical, commercial solutions.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across service lines to provide integrated advice.
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
Contributing to business development and growth initiatives.
Skills & Experience
STEP qualified, or significant equivalent experience in private client tax.
Strong experience in personal tax compliance and advisory work.
Expertise in trusts, estates, and inheritance tax planning.
Experience advising owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial clients.
Strong technical knowledge of capital gains tax and personal tax planning.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical tax advice.
