As an Audit Supervisor / Manager, you will take a key leadership role within the department, working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure the successful planning, delivery, and review of high-quality audit services. You will be instrumental in guiding and developing the team while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Planning, managing, and completing audit assignments to a consistently high standard.
- Leading audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Reviewing audit work and providing clear, constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues to support their professional growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to the ongoing success and development of the audit team and wider firm.

Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience working within an accountancy practice, including leading audit assignments.
- Strong technical audit knowledge and the ability to plan and manage engagements effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in using MS 365 and relevant accounting/audit software.
- A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach.
