A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join my clients growing team in their Liverpool offices.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring our operations run efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standards. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee day-to-day operations, improve processes, develop high-performing teams and help shape the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities across multiple teams.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and performance.
  • Monitor workloads, resources and staffing to maximise efficiency and service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes, identifying opportunities and implementing best practice.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and quality standards.
  • Analyse operational performance data and produce meaningful management information and recommendations.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team leaders and staff to build a high-performing culture.
  • Work collaboratively with senior management to deliver strategic business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, partners and key stakeholders where required.

About You

  • An experienced Operations Manager or Senior Team Manager within a legal or professional services environment.
  • A confident leader with experience managing multiple teams.
  • Commercially aware with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly analytical and able to use data to drive operational improvements.
