A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join my clients team in their Grantham offices on a hybrid basis. This role will play a pivotal role in the continued success of the Legal Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on all aspects of Property matters
- Preparation and drafting of all documents in relation to property matters
- Being able to see a matter from the opening of a file to closure of a file
- To be able to work independently and confidentially
- To be prepared to travel as required to clients and other offices
- Following up new leads
- To contribute to the marketing of the Legal Services Team
- Providing legal advice and assistance to existing clients, whilst developing and establishing new clients
- Managing cases at a level of complexity appropriate to your level and experience and give guidance to others in the team
- Handling commercial and potential residential property transactions from the initial client contact through to completion, such as sale and purchase of commercial/residential freehold and leasehold premises, landlord and tenant matters, acquisition and sale of property for development, and acting for pension schemes.
