My client is seeking a Conveyancer to be a Team Leader in Leicester, Leicestershire. Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity, and the successful applicant will have proven experience of working within a busy residential property team and dealing with sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity, including new build and leasehold. The role would suit someone with experience of managing their own caseload and who is now looking to take the next step in their career.

Requirements

As an experienced conveyancer, you should be confident in developing and managing relationships with both clients and referrers, be IT literate and committed with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems. Excellent business development skills are essential, as well as strong organisational skills. Some supervisory experience is preferable, together with an ability to work with minimal supervision.
