An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my clients highly regarded firm in their Leeds offices on a hybrid basis.
Role Overview:
- To administer all aspects of residential conveyancing on behalf of clients.
- To provide advice to clients in relation to conveyancing, within the boundaries of their legal qualification.
- To supervise fee earning work from their respective assistant (if applicable).
- Perform fee earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm’s quality and risk management procedures.
- Be effective in developing new work from existing clients and seek new clients for themselves and others.
- To exercise high standards of client care at all times.
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of the Firm’s and clients documentation.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in running a residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, providing excellent client care.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- To take responsibility for your health, safety and welfare, and that of anyone affected by your acts and omissions at work.
- To follow all company and/or statutory rules and procedures provided for your safety and security.
- To participate fully in any training activity that is provided for your development.
- To undertake any other reasonable task or responsibility requested by your Line Manager or Senior Partner.
