An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my clients highly regarded firm in their Leeds offices on a hybrid basis.

Role Overview:

  • To administer all aspects of residential conveyancing on behalf of clients.
  • To provide advice to clients in relation to conveyancing, within the boundaries of their legal qualification.
  • To supervise fee earning work from their respective assistant (if applicable).
  • Perform fee earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm’s quality and risk management procedures.
  • Be effective in developing new work from existing clients and seek new clients for themselves and others.
  • To exercise high standards of client care at all times.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of the Firm’s and clients documentation.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience in running a residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, providing excellent client care.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • To take responsibility for your health, safety and welfare, and that of anyone affected by your acts and omissions at work.
  • To follow all company and/or statutory rules and procedures provided for your safety and security.
  • To participate fully in any training activity that is provided for your development.
  • To undertake any other reasonable task or responsibility requested by your Line Manager or Senior Partner.
