My client is looking for a junior or newly qualified Family Solicitor to join their team, working solely on privately funded matters, in Maidenhead, Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a purely private funded caseload within a firm that is genuinely different from the traditional high street or regional practice. The firm is award winning, highly entrepreneurial and known for its modern, flexible working culture.
They have a genuinely supportive, family-friendly ethos and place a strong emphasis on developing and investing in their people. With continued growth across the business, they can offer excellent long‑term prospects and a clear pathway for career progression.
You will handle a broad range of private family matters, including divorce and financial work, children matters, cohabitation disputes, and nuptial agreements. The team is well structured and you will benefit from working alongside experienced colleagues who are committed to offering guidance, collaboration and mentorship.
You should bring strong attention to detail, a client-focused mindset and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality advice. An interest in business development is welcomed, though not essential at this stage; support and training will be provided. This is a busy and varied role, suited to someone proactive, organised and confident in managing their own workload.
As a team player you will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, sound legal judgement and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
