Our client, a national law firm, are recruiting for an ambitious Family Solicitor to be Head of Department for their office in London or Birmingham. This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role with scope to shape the team, drive growth, and manage a diverse caseload with a strong focus on privately funded and Legal Aid Agency (LAA) matters. Overview You’ll be responsible for leading a well-established team, overseeing casework quality, and playing a central role in departmental development. The ideal candidate will have experience handling private children law cases and family finance, alongside familiarity with publicly funded work.
