Family Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join my clients team in their Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire offices.

My client have been established for over 100 years and have an excellent reputation in Aylesbury and surrounding villages.

As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of matters, including Divorce matters, financial matters arising from divorce, cohabitation, separation, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Private Children Act Matters and Family Law Act Matters.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Family Law Matters including Matrimonial Law and Children Act Law.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A critical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience of covering or assisting with Court Hearings (including remote court hearings) and undertaking own advocacy would be of interest but not essential.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team assisting on family matters, with a willingness to learn.
• Looking to make career progress, including being the Head of Department.
