My client is searching for a Family Solicitor to join their offices based in Devizes, Wiltshire on a hybrid basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and expanding the firms divorce and separation services. This role demands a high level of professionalism, leadership, and legal expertise in family law, specifically in matters related to divorce and separation. Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of complex divorce and separation (ToLATA) cases, including those involving international elements, business assets and trusts. • Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of family law matters, including matrimonial finance, child arrangements, and prenuptial agreements. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the department’s services and client satisfaction. • Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and support staff within the team. • Liaise with other departments to ensure a comprehensive service to our clients. • Participate in business development activities, including networking with potential clients and conducting seminars and workshops. • Work with the marketing manager and the partners to develop a professional reputation that attracts new clients and business to the team and the firm generally.
