An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join my clients team in their New Mills offices on a hybrid basis.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Managing Partner at my clients New Mills office to support the growing Private Client case load. Applicants need to have had at least 5 years' experience in dealing with Private Client matters. This will be a varied role including numerous tasks to ensure the smooth running of matters but some of the main duties will include:
- Dealing with the preparation of initial Client Onboarding
- Liaising with Clients and other Third Parties
- Dealing with all aspects of Client Matter Compliance
- Taking new instructions for Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Tax Returns, IHT Planning
- Will writing and creating Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Full Administration of Estates including the preparation of documents such as Deeds of Variation, Deed of Appointment, Appropriation and Renunciation
- Assisting on complex Probate cases such as foreign assets and Trusts
