My client is a leading tax, accountancy and business advisory firm with a strong reputation for technical excellence and a collaborative, people-first culture. They are now looking for an Employment Tax Assistant Manager to join their growing team.
The Role
You will manage a varied client portfolio and support both compliance and advisory work, while helping to develop junior team members.
Key responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for clients
- Preparation and review of P11Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreements
- Drafting written advice
- Managing employment tax advisory projects
- Supervising a small team during P11D season
- Supporting the development of junior staff
About You
- 1–2 years’ experience in employment tax compliance
- Strong knowledge of expenses and benefits
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
