My client is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (Associate) to join their growing employment team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
This is a hybrid opportunity offering a mix of office and home working following completion of probation.
The successful candidate will work closely with a partner, managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, while also supporting the corporate and commercial team on employment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities Manage executive exit and settlement agreement matters.
Handle claimant employment tribunal litigation from instruction through to conclusion.
Advise clients on a range of employment law matters.
Assist the Corporate and Commercial team with employment aspects of corporate transactions.
Prepare legal documentation, correspondence and tribunal paperwork.
Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with tribunal procedures.
Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong client relationships.
Explain complex legal issues clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
