An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Corporate Tax Consultant to join my clients team in their Newcastle offices.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and reviewing corporate tax compliance work.

Providing corporate tax advisory services to a diverse client portfolio.

Advising on restructures, reorganisations, and corporate transactions.

Supporting owner-managed businesses, group structures, and succession planning projects.

Advising on tax-efficient profit extraction strategies.

Identifying advisory opportunities within an existing client base.

Managing projects effectively to ensure delivery within agreed timescales.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.

Contributing to business development and growth initiatives.

Skills & Experience Essential

CTA and/or ACA / ACCA qualified.

Strong experience in both corporate tax compliance and advisory work.

Experience working with owner-managed businesses and corporate groups.

Knowledge of corporate restructures, reorganisations, and transactions.

Understanding of tax-efficient profit extraction and succession planning.

Strong project management and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Commercial awareness and a practical approach to delivering advice.
