Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join their growing law firm in Dorking, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive marketing professional to play a key role in supporting firmwide marketing, business development, and client engagement initiatives within a professional services environment. Working alongside experienced marketing and business development consultants, the successful candidate will contribute to the continued growth, visibility, and reputation of the firm. The role offers excellent long-term development opportunities, with genuine scope to increase responsibility as the firm continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the firm’s website to ensure content remains accurate, compliant, and engaging
  • Liaise with external digital agencies regarding online campaigns, Google Ads, SEO, and CMS improvements
  • Monitor website performance and support digital marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to produce high-quality marketing content
  • Assist with legal updates, newsletters, press releases, website content, and advertorials
  • Coordinate content calendars and editorial schedules
  • Support internal communications and marketing updates
  • Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance
  • Support the production of multimedia content including videos and podcasts
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Support the organisation and delivery of networking events, seminars, sponsorships, and client functions
  • Coordinate invitations, attendance lists, and event communications
  • Assist with event setup and on-the-day delivery, including occasional out-of-hours attendance
  • Encourage engagement and participation across teams and offices
  • Coordinate the production and updating of brochures, banners, promotional materials, and branded templates
  • Manage staff photography and brand asset updates
  • Assist with online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Support Legal 500 and Chambers directory submissions across the firm
  • Work closely with partners and fee earners to support marketing and BD initiatives
  • Assist with maintaining the marketing inbox and responding to ad hoc requests

Requirements / Skills / Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within professional services
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and proofreading abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Experience using CMS platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
