My client is recruiting for a Commercial Solicitor at Partner level to join their law firm on a fully remote basis as a Consultant.\\n\\nThis opportunity should appeal to a successful, partner with in-depth experience in commercial law, who has the entrepreneurial flair to grow their own practice on their own terms.\\n\\nThey are a virtual law firm whose lawyers operate on an entirely remote basis and are made up of a team of over 40 people based across the UK – many of whom are lawyers who have come from Top 20 or Magic Circle firms or were in-house counsel at FTSE 100 companies. Their practice provides City of London levels of service to a diverse array of large and small clients located nationally and internationally.\\n\\nOn offer:\\n\\n * An attractive remuneration structure (earnings between 80% – 90% of billing dependent upon level of billing).\\n\\n * 20% of fees billed on work referred internally to others.\\n\\n * A share of residual profit at the end of the financial year.\\n\\n * Infrastructure support – from IT, finance, business development and marketing.\\n\\n * The freedom to work from home or wherever you choose.\\n\\n * A great team of likeminded individuals to work alongside.\\n\\n * Professional Indemnity insurance cover.\\n\\nThe role:\\n\\nYou will work alongside other Partners and Consultants in the Commercial practice, whilst also developing your own practice.\\n\\nYou will:\\n\\n * Have the ability and experience in managing complex cases\\n\\n * Have a strong grounding in all aspects of commercial law with relevant experience and a track record of successfully handling files at a senior level, including\\n\\n * Collaborate well with your peers on internal referrals\\n\\n * Be adept at undertaking the general responsibilities of partnership.\\n\\nKey skills:\\n\\n * Be a qualified Solicitor of England & Wales.\\n\\n * Have at least 10 years+ PQE.\\n\\n * Be a top-quality solicitor with a track record\\n\\n * Strong interpersonal skills – ability to foster strong relationships through oral and written communication\\n\\n * Excellent client management skills\\n\\n * Strong business development skills\\n\\n * Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities\\n\\n * Excellent judgement\\n\\n * Ability to think strategically for the long term\\n\\n * A clear and logical approach\\n\\nShould you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.\\n\\nPlease Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
