An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or experienced Paralegal to join my clients highly regarded property team in their Worthing or Chichester offices on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of Commercial Property Law along with the ability to establish and build on good client relationships and take and action effectively detailed instructions. Requirements: • Be self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative as well as within a very supportive team. • be able to absorb information from people and documents swiftly and accurately. • possess excellent IT skills. • have an aptitude for dealing with members of the public, official bodies and owner-managed businesses courteously and confidently. • have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. • Have a good knowledge of all aspects of the law and rules/regulations in this area of law along with knowledge and understanding of SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook and Outcome Focused Regulations.
