Our client, based in Brighton, East Sussex are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator.They are a fast growing accountancy firm with multiple offices looking after thousands of businesses and individuals across Sussex and Surrey.Job Description:The successful candidate will join a busy team providing a fast and efficient service to clients and will need to:Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner from start to finishCreate and maintain payroll recordsCalculate part months & holidayManage statutory paymentsProcess P45sLiaise with clients, clarifying calculations as necessary.Managing client pension schemes via a multiple of pension providers i.e. setting up and monthly uploading.Essential experience using Sage, STAR & XeroApplicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.Skills & Knowledge:Data entry experienceRecord-keeping skillsCompetent Excel userComfortable with problem solving.Enhanced Maternity and Paternity PayGenerous social eventsHoliday 25 days + bank & public holidays.Non-contractual Birthday Leave.Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.
