Key Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years' PQE in Commercial Property law
- Previous fee-earning experience within a solicitors' practice
- Demonstrated ability to manage an independent caseload
- Strong communication, client care, and organizational skills
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Managing an independent caseload of Commercial Property matters from initial instruction to completion
- Advising clients across a broad range of commercial property transactions
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and conducting legal research
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, businesses, and third parties
- Ensuring work meets high standards of client care, accuracy, and compliance with regulations
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Base Pay Range: £40,000.00/yr - £60,000.00/yr (dependent on skills and experience)
Mode: On-site in Worthing, England
