My client is seeking a dynamic, commercially minded qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their Waterlooville, Hampshire office.
Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Skills:
- Fully qualified solicitor / licensed conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing
- Commercial Conveyancing experience a plus
- Enthusiasm for the industry

Your responsibilities will include handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re‑mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes.
