Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious Accounts & Tax Partner Designate to join their established team in Sevenoaks.
The role is ideally suited to an experienced Senior Manager or Director currently working within a smaller or mid‑sized accountancy practice who is looking to take the next step into a larger, progressive firm offering a genuine route to partnership.
You will work closely with the Partners and senior leadership team, taking responsibility for managing a diverse client portfolio across accounts, business advisory and tax matters, while contributing to strategic growth initiatives and supporting the development of junior staff. This is a visible leadership position with clear progression opportunities towards Partnership for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of owner‑managed businesses and private clients across a broad range of sectors.
- Reviewing statutory accounts, corporation tax returns and management accounts.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to clients on accounting, tax and commercial matters.
- Building and maintaining strong long‑term client relationships.
- Supporting business development activity and identifying opportunities for growth within the existing client base.
- Managing workflow, team performance and mentoring junior staff members.
- Working closely with Partners on strategic planning and practice development initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance work is delivered to a high technical and professional standard.
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Significant experience gained within a UK accountancy practice environment.
