Review title registers, client instructions, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Draft and amend relevant legal documents, ensuring adherence to AML regulations.

Submit applications to the Land Registry and address requisitions promptly.

Utilise IT systems effectively to manage case files and documentation.

2+ years experience with managing a conveyancing caseload.

Excellent communicator, who can demonstrate good time management, alongside organisational and problem-solving skills. Accuracy and the ability to pay attention to detail is crucial.

Self-motivated and able to work alone or as part of a team.
