Job Overview
My client is recruiting experienced Private Client Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals to join their team on a fully remote basis. The award‑winning firm is entrepreneurial, creative and offers great flexibility to staff. It has a family‑friendly feel throughout the practice, invests heavily in its people and, because of continued growth, can offer strong career prospects.
Having acquired several businesses over recent years, the firm has become one of the UK’s largest probate providers. The firm’s core values, approach to business, and strong client relationships set it apart from competitors.
Due to expansion, the firm is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Private Client Lawyer to join the department. Lawyers work in a cohesive environment with autonomy to manage and develop their caseload and build client relationships. Many team members are STEP members, and the culture encourages sharing expertise, knowledge and experience to support one another.

Take on an existing case load of varied Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, LPA’s, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts.
Have ample opportunity to grow and develop the work, and be encouraged and given independence to build relationships with other departments and external referrers.
Optionally support and mentor junior members of the department.
