Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their growing team based in Blackheath, London.

The Role
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of private client matters and deliver high-quality legal advice to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion
- Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning matters
- Handling estate administration and probate matters
- Advising on trusts and tax planning
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Encouraging repeat business and referrals across the firm
- Meeting time recording and billing targets
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Strong experience handling Wills, probate, estate administration, trusts and LPAs
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
- Experience using case management systems advantageous
- STEP or SFE accreditation desirable, or willingness to work towards qualification
- Ambitious, self-motivated and keen to progress within a growing firm
