Clear IT Recruitment Ltd seeks a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its Bury office on a full-time, on-site basis.
You will manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, prepare and review legal documents, and provide advice while delivering excellent client service.
You will liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents to progress matters from instruction through completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance with SRA/CQS requirements.
