My client is recruiting for an experienced Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their team on a fully remote basis. This is a rare opportunity to handle high-quality work in a supportive and collaborative environment without the need for office attendance.
The Role
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be instrumental in supporting the continued growth of the firm's Corporate Practice. You will manage a broad caseload, including:
- Share and asset disposals and acquisitions
- Shareholder agreements
- Partnership and LLP agreements
- Commercial contracts
- Bank funding matters
You will also play a key role in building relationships with clients and introducers, providing clear, practical, and commercially astute advice.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years' PQE in corporate law
- Confidence in managing a varied caseload and working autonomously
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly
- Entrepreneurial drive and an interest in contributing to the growth of the corporate department
