Due to planned growth, my client is seeking a locum Private Client Solicitor to join their team in London.
Assignment Details

The incoming solicitor will join the Probate arm of a rapidly scaling company known for delivering a more human and technology-enabled approach to estate administration and estate planning. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full probate caseload, including complex grant-only and estate administration matters.
- Serve as the main client contact, conducting initial calls and providing clear, empathetic guidance throughout.
- Support estate planning matters such as wills, with potential involvement in trusts where relevant.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
- Assist with the improvement of templates, workflows and processes suited to a fast-paced environment.
- Support additional projects that naturally arise within a high-growth setting.

- STEP qualification (advantageous but not essential).
