Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full probate caseload, including complex grant-only and estate administration matters.
- Serve as the main client contact, conducting initial calls and providing clear, empathetic guidance throughout.

- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
- Assist with the improvement of templates, workflows and processes suited to a fast-paced environment.
