An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Conveyancing to join my clients growing team based in Leeds offices.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established team, shape strategy, and drive growth while maintaining our high standards of client care.
The Role
- Lead and manage a team of skilled conveyancers, assistants, and support staff across our four offices.
- Oversee all aspects of residential property work, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Run a reduced caseload of your own, with management time factored in.
- Drive business development initiatives, nurture relationships with referrers, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, client experience, and team collaboration.
- Play a key role in departmental budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning.
